Ok, so as of writing this answer, if you check our database and you prefilter the database to only show Traeger models, you will then find that the highest temperature setting is 500 degrees.

However, the first-generation Pro Series models, namely the Pro 22 and the Pro 34, only have a maximum temperature setting of 450 degrees.

Now, the premium second-generation Timberline models have an electric induction hob that can heat up a cast-iron pan or skillet to higher temperatures, which can assist with high-temperature searing results.

Though in terms of the pellet grills themselves, to date, the highest temperature setting found on a Traeger is 500 degrees.
