I’m looking to purchase a pellet/gas grill. My patio space isn’t that large and I don’t want 2 grills out. Would you recommend a good buy. I’ve been looking at Pit Boss and Camp Chef. The reason I really want a gas grill is to have the side burner option and if I want to cook up some burgers and steaks quick.

Hi, Sure, I'll do my best. What sort of budget are you looking at?

If you use the drop-down filter on our database for 'Pellet Grill/Smoker Type' then select 'Pellet/Gas Combo' that will show you all your options.

You can then narrow down the selection further by using the 'Add Condition' button to choose a typical price range to only show models within your budget.

You can also further narrow down the selection to models with WiFi if that's a feature you're interested in or with PID. PID is the controller technology.

With PID you get tighter temperature control. Typically a pellet grill with a PID controller can hold its temp within 5 degrees of the set temperature. Pellet grills without PID will typically have temperature swings around 25 degrees from the set temperature.
