If I presume that the hopper has pellets, the auger is working, and the fan is working, but your Traeger is not heating up, the issue is more than likely the hot rod igniter.

If the base of the pellet burn pot, there is an electrical element that should literally glow hot when the pellet grill is starting up to get the pellets smoldering, and then, with enough time and air, a fire should be established.

However, hot rod igniters are consumable parts, and you typically get a couple of years out of them before they burn through. For Traegers, in particular, getting a new hot rod igniter is easy and relatively cheap if you use Amazon/eBay to purchase an off-brand hot rod.

You don't need to wait for the new hot rod though to use your Traeger. With a flame torch you can get the pellet fire going when the control panel is running the start-up function. You'll obviously have to remove the cooking grates/grease tray to do so though.
