Well, the answer to this question obviously depends on the size of the brisket. But let's say you wanted to cook a full-packer beef brisket, well the typical dimensions are between 12 to 20 inches long and around 12 inches wide.
The main cooking grate on the Traeger Pro 575 is 418 inches, but more importantly for this question about whether it can fit a brisket, its dimensions are 22 inches by 19 inches.
Therefore, yes, the Traeger Pro 575 can fit a 'typical' full-packer brisket with a weight between 8 to 12 lbs. However, you wouldn't want to purchase a particularly large brisket as there is a chance it wouldn't fit.
